How do I update my personal information?
You can update the following information:
- Contact: Mobile phone number, email address
- Residency: Residential address, proof of residency
- Bank Account: Repayment/disbursement account
- Employment: Job status, income information (if major changes)
Update Methods:
1. Online Update (Recommended)
- Log in to OCBC Personal Loan user center
- Click "Personal Information" → "Edit"
- Upload supplementary documents if required
- Submit for review (effective within 1 working day)
2. Customer Service Update
- Call EU customer service or send email with loan account number
- Submit new information and documents via email
- Customer service completes update within 2 working days
Important: Update bank account information at least 10 days before next repayment date to avoid deduction failure.
