  2. After Approval: Log in to your account → "Payment Settings" → "Set Up Auto-Pay"
  3. Via Customer Service: Call or email to request automatic deduction setup

How It Works:

  • Monthly payment automatically deducted on due date
  • Deduction occurs at 10:00 AM CET
  • Receive SMS/email confirmation after each deduction
  • If due date is a holiday, deduction occurs on next business day

Important Notes:

  • Ensure sufficient balance 1-2 days before due date
  • Update bank account information if you change banks
