What if I lose my loan documents?
If you lose loan-related documents, here's what to do:
Option 1: Download Electronic Version (Recommended)
Log in to the user center and download the electronic version of the lost document (see "How to Download" FAQ for steps).
Option 2: Apply for Paper Version
- Contact OCBC customer service
- Provide loan account number and personal verification
- Pay €30 document replacement fee
- Paper document sent to your registered address within 3-5 working days
Option 3: Document Verification Certificate
For dispute resolution, customer service can issue a certificate of document content (free of charge) with the same legal effect as the original.
Document Verification:
To verify document authenticity, check the digital signature in the PDF or contact customer service with the document number.
