Can I change my repayment tenure?
Yes, you can adjust your repayment tenure under certain conditions.
Eligibility:
- Loan repaid on time for at least 6 months (no late records)
- Adjusted tenure must be within 12-60 months
- Debt-to-income ratio after adjustment must meet requirements
Application Process:
- Prepare ID and current income proof
- Submit application via website user center, hotline, or email
- Customer service reviews within 3 working days
- If approved, sign supplementary agreement (digital signature)
- New tenure takes effect from next repayment cycle
Important Notes:
- Tenure can be adjusted up to 2 times during the loan term
- Extending tenure increases total interest; shortening reduces it
- €50 adjustment fee applies when approved
