How do I download my loan agreement?
You can download important documents through the User Center:
Download Process:
- Visit OCBC Personal Loan Europe website
- Click "User Login" and enter your credentials
- Click "My Loans" → select your loan account
- Find the "Document Download" section
Available Documents:
- Loan Agreement (signed digital version)
- Repayment Schedule (monthly breakdown)
- Payment Receipts (all repayment records)
Alternative Method:
If you cannot log in, contact customer service with your loan account number. Documents will be sent to your registered email within 1 working day.
Tip: Keep downloaded documents for future reference (tax declaration, dispute resolution).
